Hi! Surrounded by the finest of speakeasies in Hong Kong, I have been captivated by the art of bartending and unique craft cocktails. I enjoy the social aspect as much as making the perfect balanced drink - specifically classics.

Although relatively new to the bartending scene, EBS allowed me to gain vast fundamental knowledge and apply it to real life situations. For the past 3 months, I was part of the founding team and one of the bartenders at The Holywells - a UK speakeasy bar based in Hong Kong. There I worked with a team of 4, constantly rotating between the bar and floor. I would say that I am a very effective communicator and team player. However, I take most pride in my sense of service and guest interactions. On weekend nights, myself and the other bartender would serve up to 250 cocktails a night, so we had to create a system and every weekend we would find ways to improve - whether it was prebatching or re-organising the bar more effectively to manage tickets and time to efficiently put out orders. We were able to cut average wait time of 7 minutes to 3 minutes even during peak hours. I am always constantly looking for ways to improve as a bartender and am self critical on my actions as I am a representation of any bar or brand I work out. Service is something I hold myself highly to and try to think from the customers point of view as well. I am looking for a lively place to practice my craft and create long term connections with customers.
