My professional journey began at Climax Bar Restaurant, a family-owned business where I honed my skills in cocktail production, staff management, and event coordination. Over the years, I advanced to the position of Head Bartender and F&B Manager, overseeing operations, managing stock, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role has equipped me with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle VIP clientele with ease.In addition to my hands-on experience, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Analysis, and Economical Policies from the University of Rouen in France. This academic background has provided me with a strong analytical mindset, which I apply to managing resources, optimizing workflows, and making data-driven decisions in my work.My most recent role at Bellboy Berlin allowed me to further refine my skills in a fast-paced, high-end environment. Working closely with a team of culinary experts, I contributed to creating unique and memorable experiences for our guests.
