Attentive, friendly bar manager from the UK who loves making cocktails as much as drinking them.
Since turning 18 I have had a variety of jobs behind bars working my way up to become a bar manager at big events in the UK such as Royal Ascot, The Open and Festival of Speed. Starting as a regular bartender in a pub gave me the skills I needed to progress in the world of management as it taught me to be calm in stressful situations and have great attention to detail. With these skills I have progressed managing bars up to 30 metres long in some of the busiest places on site at the event. Upon completing my International Bartender Course I have a much deeper understanding of cocktails to add to my other experience. Also the completion of the 2 day mixology course broadened my knowledge of making and using syrups and coming up with my own cocktail recipes.
