Hello, I'm Christale.

Well matched to my school, I'm a hard workeer who's passionate about bartending and tirelessly wants to learn more. But I'm also a fan of spirit (cocktail and drink creation) who possesses the soul of EBS KOS.

It's always a bit hard to describe yourself like that, but on this day of Gin and Tonic celebrations, I see it as a great opportunity: As a young graduate of EBS KOS, very proud of my diploma and my title of "Most funny of the course", I'm entering the world of a thousand bartending options (and maybe you, reader, are one for me? Who knows?). If you take a look at my experiences below, you'll see that like many of our cult Spirits (including gin, which I find absolutely exceptional ... yes, you do drink it "just" with cucumber, that's saying something!); I like to have a very versatile, multicultural or cosmopolitan profile, totally experiential and perhaps a little different or messy. But that's not quite what you need to know about me. No, the most important thing is that even though I still have a lot to learn, I'd do anything to become part of your team too: - Fearless like EBS KOS - As good a listener as your spy - As pro-active as Steve Jobs (alive, of course, or it wouldn't work as well) - Refreshing as a Cucumber Flower Martini in the middle of summer - Me and as motivated as I can be. Although very different from one another, my experiences are ultimately complementary and enrich my vision and my work. My positions have ranged from top-of-the-range sales and consulting to corporate strategy, marketing, product design and artistic direction, to management and now bartending. This is a real strength that allows me to have fun every day in what I do, and to be as involved and responsible as I can be, either on my own or for my team. I've been lucky enough to work with and be trained by demanding players in the affordable luxury sector and market leaders. This has already enabled me to rise to positions of responsibility, manage small teams and enjoy a high degree of autonomy, whether in strategic or operational environments. I see my work as a passion and I'm more than ready to complement my experiences with the world of Bartending, both as a passionate and inventive person behind the bar, and as a methodical and precise person during my shift. I look forward to helping, learning and growing with you!
