My name is Hugo Brodin. I’m from Stockholm, Sweden, and I turn 19 years old this december. I graduated from High School 3 months ago studying economics, and one week ago I finished a bartender-education in Palma with a grade B.

8th grade, 2019, one week school-organized work experience (”prao”) at City Gross. 9th grade, 2020, one week ”prao” at ”Pressbyrån”. August 2021, two weeks working at ”Get-Out Kayak”. From these jobs, I’ve learned how important customer service and the first impression is. If the customer isn’t greeted properly, or if the worker shows signs of insecurity or a lack of knowledge, chances are that the customer will get a negative view of the place even before they’re gotten what they came for. This very much applies to the bartender-profession, and is something I will do my best to work around.
