Currently working as Head of Quality Managment for a career training agency. Privious to that, i gained, 7 years of claim management in a quality department, that showed me how to handle customers of any kind and represent the companys interest on the outside. In my 5 years of Shaolin Kung Fu, I learn to keep calm, focused in stressfull situation and of course to serve delicious traditional tea.
