

Hello, I'm Sandro.
Immediately after my training at EBS, I was able to work in several demanding environments. During my assessments, qualities such as creativity, organizational skills, and initiative were particularly appreciated.
During these two years following my training, I touched on many aspects of the bar world, from creating a menu to setting up events and stock management. I also discovered several atmospheres, from intimate bars, to pure and hard sending bars through the beach club concepts. Finally, I familiarized myself with different environments, whether it be the mountains in winter or summer as well as the seaside with its open-air and rooftop bars.
