Application Dear Sir or Madam, my name is Rasmus Sonst and I’m 18 years old. Currently I’m doing work and travel in Australia and liked to help and learn from your hospitality. I was born in Frankfurt, moved to London for 3 years where I also increased my English skills and from there on moved to Munich where I graduated from school this year with an 1.8. From 2019 to 2023 I’ve worked in a pharmacy and gained a lot of experience how to treat and interact with customers. After my graduation from school in June 2023 I traveled to Barcelona for a month where I finished my education at the European Bartender School as an International Bartender. There I have not only learned how to mix 66 different cocktails but also the history of alcohol, how to flair and freepour and the behavior and rights of a bartender. If you are looking for a communicative, responsible and empathic bartender I would be glad to be your guy.
