With my experience as a receptionist in the hospitality industry and my recent certification from the European Bartending School in New York, I am confident in my abilities. Over the past two years, I have developed strong customer service skills, as well as proficiency in payment handling and multitasking, all while working in demanding environments. In my previous roles, I have been responsible for managing reservations, welcoming guests, and preparing and serving drinks.
