Business administration student. I am a dedicated and respectful person with extensive learning skills. Added to this, in social relationships, I am empathetic and friendly with colleagues and guests.

Working in customer service in two different companies helped me improve my communication skills with clients and co-workers, thus achieving good results and being awarded several times as "employee of the month". I believe that order and communication are of vital importance to be able to offer a good service to our guests, maintaining a professional ethic helps us to give a good prestige to the profession and in the same way to the company. I am willing to continue expanding my knowledge and in the same way provide help to colleagues or guests.
