In the last few years, I was able to gain a lot of experience in different areas of gastronomy - service, beverage preparation (bar) and banquet - due to various jobs besides high school and during my gap year. Of all the areas, I liked the bar by far the best, which is why I took the course. I was also lucky enough to visit many new places in the world during the past year. I had the opportunity to meet and talk to new people, which I really enjoyed and is a main part of being a bartender, among other things. These travel experiences have taught me the fastest way to adapt and integrate into a new environment. So I would love to put my skills and knowledge from EBS more into practice.
