I am a French bartender with a particular passion for mezcal and whisky, though I am interested in all kinds of spirits. I enjoy crafting cocktails and love the social aspect of the profession.
Following my training at EBS, I worked for 5 months as a bartender at the cocktail bar "Crazy Salmon" in Lyon, where I was solely responsible for the bar and cocktail preparation.
