Hello, I'm Mara.
Currently studying Multilingual Communication at ZHAW. I'm a very organised and open-minded person, knowing how to work with people and serve customers.
I used to work in a bookshop, not only selling books but also interacting with a lot of different people and customers, aswell as doing administration behind the shop. I have a lot of experience in working with and around people the whole time, therefore knowing how to behave and act to get a friendly and enjoyable environment for both customer and waiter/salesperson. It's always been a pleasure for me to work around and with people. I may not have big experience behind the bar except from the EBS course, but I'm determined and willing to lifelong learning and excited to be serving with a smile soon.
