After graduating from the European Bartender School (EBS), I have worked over the past few years at Mylos Beach Bar in Kos, one of the island’s most popular venues with a very high volume of guests. This year, I also worked at my family’s business, Kous Kous, in Kos. In both positions, I was responsible for duties as a bartender, preparing classic and signature cocktails, as well as a barista, delivering high-quality coffee and beverage service
