I have worked at the Belmond Hotel Le Manoir Aux Quatre Saisons where I was a Night Porter for three months working from 9pm to 9am. I began initial training as a Sommelier, achieving a distinction in the WSET LEVEL 1 FOR WINES.
I then had the incredible opportunity to attend EBS Kos and further not only my theoretical skills but also my practical ones.
