My name is Niall Allen.I have been working in the hospitality industry in Ireland for several year and am a former student of EBS Kos. I have worked in different positions through out my time in the Food and Beverage sector and have gained a good, rounded experience. From the more formal service of a four-star hotel to a casual gastro pub environment. I am used to working in busy fast passed venues and am looking to gain more experience primarily in the bar sector , with a focus on cocktails.
