Hello, I'm Jessica.
I am an outgoing and friendly Irish, that loves travelling to the sun and clearer waters. I have passion for mixology and a particular interest in creating with whiskey all the while loving the fast pace of a Saturday night frenzy.
Working in the bar of a restaurant in south Dublin, allowed me to enter the world of bartending in a strong and comfortable way. I quickly developed the love for mixology and then the skills that were needed followed quickly suited. Cocktails of my own creation ended up on the restaurants menu, and reviews were left online commenting on my passion and enthusiasm. I have worked in hospitality for many years and understand how to deal with awkward situations and difficult customers. I love prioritising customers and creating the cocktails they love and encouraging them to try new ones. I am hardworking. passionate, timely efficient, and can work with a calm facade even in the busiest of shifts.
