Currently in Sydney, enthusiastic about the world of mixology, social and creative spirit, recently graduated at EBS Mallorca with worldwide instructors and international teams, ready for any challenge to deepen the cocktails' world.
Customer happiness and satisfaction is what I have learnt the most and the better in Italy. Make them feel at home! Passionate about delivering the highest standards and looking for a diverse team who delivers exceptional hospitality. Especially, working in several bars in Milan (main ones: Palo Alto and Lacerba) allowed me to gain experience in the cocktail world in the Barback role and improved my efficiency in dealing with large numbers of international customers. At Archivio 62 in Padua I learnt the art of the Italian aperitif, customer care, speed, and the quality of cocktails to be served at peak hours in the city centre. Teamwork and organisation behind the bar are fundamental for me, along with calmness and the perception of the environment and the customer.
