I'm someone who's passionate about being a bartender, I really enjoy customer service, I have very good technique, I'm clean and fast at work, I pay attention to the small details and I like to constantly improve.

Soy un alguien muy entiende las normas de servicio y pulcritud, la eficiencia de un trabajo con orden y bien realizado, busco que sea rápido y agradable la realización de cocteles, además de realizar una buena producción, he aprendido mucho desde mis inicios, tanto en la parte teórica como en la práctica, incluso como autodidacta en la realización de mezclas de sabor, texturas nuevas, estética y técnicas como clarificados, cordiales, espumas. Mis trabajos anteriores me han dejado muchas habilidades para trabajar rápido y ordenado además de mantener un ambiente agradable. I'm someone who understands the standards of service and cleanliness, the efficiency of a job that's organized and well done. I strive for quick and enjoyable cocktail making, in addition to producing high-quality cocktails. I've learned a lot since I started, both theoretically and practically. I've even taught myself how to create flavorful blends, new textures, aesthetics, and techniques like clarifications, cordials, and foams. My previous jobs have taught me many skills to work quickly and orderly, while maintaining a pleasant environment.
