I've been working in Web/Software development for the last 8 years. In previous jobs I have always been thrown in the deep end. This has allowed me to become a fast learner with good social and problem solving skills. With recent completion of the EBS course, I now have a solid foundation of making classic cocktails, as well as carrying myself professionally behind a bar when under pressure.
