Smiling, quick to assimilate and determined to perfect my skills in the profession, I am looking for a position which will allow me to express all my creativity.

Looking for a more energetic position and having been passionate about making cocktails for years, I decided to reorient myself in 2023. This is how I left for New York to follow the EBS training. Training that I followed in English (not my native language) and obtained with grade B for a success score of 90%. I was then hired at the Novotel in Gerland, a district of Lyon, as a Barmaid. This position allowed me to acquire all the skills required for a bartender: from making cocktails, through customer relations, to managing the cash register. This hotel has a very high occupancy rate, I learned to work effectively under pressure by being organized and managing my stress. My 5 years of experience as a communications and then project manager have accustomed me to working in a team. They also gave me knowledge in terms of logistics and organization, such as setting up event operations for example. Both personally and professionally, I have acquired an open mind and a great sense of friendliness. This is what pushed me towards this new field, being in contact with people on a daily basis, discovering the world and having new experiences.
