I have a bachelor’s in international hotel and tourism management from IMI Swiss University, plus a bartending course from the European Bartending School. Over the past two years, I’ve been diving into the 5-star hotel world, managing everything from bar operations to digital inventory (and yes, making a mean cocktail along the way!).
