Hello, I'm David. I just finished the International Bartender Course in EBS Barcelona. I'm new in this field, but I'm interested enough to start my career in hospitality.
The course was quite intensive. I know the recipes of 66 cocktails, I know free pour, I know the production history of the different spirit drinks and etc. After completing the course, I feel like a bartender, even without experience in a real bar. I know that I still have much to learn, but I'm ready. In the "characteristics" section, I've written "I learn fast," and those aren't just words. I truly do. Just show me once how to do it and I'll do it the way you do.
