I have worked extensively within the catering and hospitality industry for 5 years. Starting up a catering business at the beginning of last year, I soon realised how much time and effort goes into starting up your own business. From managing books to preparing the food, I was fully invested from the get-go. Here I effectively planned events, designed menus to meet customer needs, bartending where need be and providing silver service to name a few. Being in the industry for a few years I have learnt that customer service goes along way and it is impeccable to ensure that your customers are happy at the end of the day. I have a strong work ethic and I am a highly motivated individual that is always up for a challenge.
