I am a creative and efficient bartender. I like to create new recipes and constantly learn and apply new techniques, presentations, and spirits into new cocktails creations.
I have worked at a bar back, bartender, lead bartender, and bar manager. I have created different seasonal menus including techniques like smoking using wood and spices, aromatic mists, clarification, spherification, foams, airs and much more.
I love working with local ingredients and working with all kinds of people.
