I have experience working in both hotel bars and cocktail-focused bars, where I developed a strong foundation in hospitality, service and teamwork. I started my career in a local hotel environment, where I helped introduce cocktail culture by creating a simple menu based on classic cocktails and training colleagues on preparation and consistency. I later progressed to a cocktail bar manager role, where I am responsible for daily bar operations, cocktail menu creation, pre-batching, stock control, team support and maintaining high service standards during busy shifts. I am used to working in high-volume environments, taking responsibility on the floor and supporting both guests and colleagues. My goal is to work abroad during the summer season, gain international experience, improve my skills and potentially continue long-term if there is a good mutual fit.
