I’ve been involved in football from an early age so I'm used to working in a group environment while helping and supporting the people around me. I see myself as a leader and have proven this through sport and also being a supervisor in previous employment. I'm level headed and work well under pressure, I believe I can control my emotions and focus on the task at hand and this has helped me in all aspects of my life. This past year I feel I have matured and really grew as an adult, my social skills and ability to build rapport with people all over the world at any age is a massive bonus to any customer service based role. I have no previous experience in a bar however I have done an intense 4 week course and graduated with a 94% and feel with my previous customer service roles I will seamlessly adapt to a busy and pressured bar environment.
