

Hello, I'm Héctor.
As a person I tend to be very friendly but at the same time competitive. However I never let this competitiveness get between me and my relationship with other people. When interacting with other people what I first have in mind is respect.
I am very young yet I have already have the experience to work behind the bars in a coctelery called Anubis in Madrid. Here I learned how to manage correctly in my role as bartender as frequently I had to face situation where I had to think fast and precisely. Apart from this I also gained experience behind was it is seen as I was taught how to organize and prepare the pre-batches of different cocktails. Lastly, I also gained experience in a mixology course, where I learned about the preparation of several beverages such as syrups, cordials and advanced mixology.
