

Hello, I'm Alisa.
For me the most important part is, when I stand behind my bar that everybody has a smile on their face. Working as a team is an important role to accomplish this. Such as knowledge of the drinks and making them fast and perfect.
I've worked in summer pop-up bars, restaurants, festivals, VIP events behind the bar. There I learned to work as efficiently as possible. Next to EBS, I took courses where I learned bar basics, cocktails and mocktails, beer, wine, coffee, mixology, hospitality, selling- and floor techniques. I’ve always applied and practiced my knowledge in my jobs. I want to keep learning and become excellent in bartending. Working with colleagues who are as passionate as I am, is the most important part of what I am looking for in a job.
