Hello, I'm Robbe Van Gastel, and I'm passionate about coffee. Recently, I completed a 5-day barista course in London from May 29th to June 2nd to further pursue my love for this craft. Before diving into the world of coffee, I had a successful career as a game developer. Working on various projects, I collaborated with talented teams to create immersive gaming experiences for mobile, PC, and consoles. This experience honed my skills in creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork. Seeking a new challenge, I transitioned into the role of a membership consultant. Utilizing my background in customer-focused design, user engagement, and retention strategies, I assisted organizations in building and maintaining strong memberships. Working with clients across different industries, including technology, healthcare, and finance, I developed customized solutions to meet their specific needs. What I find most fulfilling is witnessing the positive impact of my contributions on client success. Building lasting relationships with members and crafting tailored solutions are key aspects of my work.
