Professional bartender with a strong background in hospitality and guest-focused service. With several years in tourist- driven venues, I have mastered the art of multitasking and handling a large volume of orders.
In my current role I manage daily operations, including preparation, inventory control, ordering list and contributing to the creation of new cocktails. In my past experience I worked with kombucha and shrub in cocktail creation. I enjoy using these techniques because they allow me to incorporate vegetables and unconventional flavours, giving each creation complexity and a distinctive character.
