I am an enthusiastic and motivated hospitality professional with international bartending experience and a passion for delivering world-class service. After completing my International Bartender Course at the European Bartending School in Cape Town, I gained hands-on experience in both high-end restaurants and luxury resorts. At Drift Beach Dubai, I served as Head Bartender, where I managed staff training, stock control, event coordination, and upheld health and safety standards. Prior to that, I worked at the Four Seasons Riyadh, helping launch Café Boulud while ensuring each guest enjoyed a warm and memorable experience. My background in floor management at Beau Constantia Wine Farm further strengthened my leadership, customer service, and operational skills.
