Hello, I'm Juan Sebastian.

I'm a colombian, friendly, enthusiastic and novice bartender from Italy. I want to learn more about the job of a bartender, traveling around the world and having fun while i'm making happy my costumers with my cocktails.



I always have done jobs where i stay with people and talk with them, in fact my first job was as a tourist animator, and during that experience i gained more confidence and developed my social skills. Some years later i started the hospitality school to use those qualities in a job i would like more, maybe as a bartender. Then i started working as a waiter because i like the world of restoration, the food, the elegance and smartness of the waiters, so i worked in a 4 stars hotel and in one of the most important restaurants of my town: Ristorante al Gallo, a seafood restaurant, where i learned to be more accurate about the service and other things about the local food and wine of Veneto. Now i'm working as a chef de rang in a great pizzeria recognised around the province of Venice, the Pizzeria Instabile, where my bosses are giving me the chance to experiment with cocktails and aperitifs. It's a youthful environment, so we sell enough cocktails and that allows me to keep developing my new bartender skills and having fun at the same time.
