Hello, I'm Einar.
Hello! My name is Einar Hagen, I am a 23-year-old Norwegian Canadian looking for my next opportunity and adventure through my work and passion as a bartender. I love the outdoors and travel so I am open to work anywhere around the world.
My bartending experience goes back to 2021 when I started working in a brewery in Canada, called Quidi Vidi. Here I worked as both a bartender and server, as well as participating in other aspects of the industry such as packaging, production, and brewing. I also have 2 beer-related certifications; Beer 101, and Beer & Food Pairings, which have further developed my beer knowledge. I moved to Norway in October of 2022 where I started bartending in an apres ski bar called Rockoss and a nightclub called Spisbar. These previous two jobs gave me a real taste of fast-paced bartending. They heightened my interest in the bartending industry and ultimately led me to complete the EBS IBC course where I graduated with a 94% average. I believe I am a hardworking individual with a unique ability in customer service. I also think that my university experience further adds value to me as an employee as I am able to understand the business side of my workplace and identify ways to maximize revenue as an employee.
