I'm a dynamic and extroverted person that loves working with people and learning new things every day, as well as having the ability to create and be inspired by the work we do.
I have worked in hospitality positions both in Madrid and London, which has taught me how to adapt to different situations and customers, both in Spanish and English. After completing the European Bartender School course of 4 weeks with top marks, I've discovered a whole new passion in cocktail making and the fun and satisfaction that it can bring as a job. I've also worked as an English teacher for a long time, which gives me an advantage when it comes to understanding the customer and the things they might want to learn about when they ask for recommendations. I'm a very extroverted person that loves the constant change and challenge that working in this business can bring, and can't wait to learn more and more every single day.
