Hello, I'm Erin.
I am a 23 year old Canadian living in Australia with her working holiday visa. I have experience in the luxury food, beverage and tourism industry. I have a passion for the guest experience and creativity behind the bar.
I have worked for a large North American luxury hotel brand, The Fairmont, specifically at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler in Whistler, British Columbia as a server and cocktail bartender. Here, my passion for luxury was ignited. I enjoy making connections with guests in a food and beverage environment. I thrive in a fast paced environment where I am able to work efficiently while maintaining a calm and refined demeanour with guests.
