I'm Portuguese, 26 years old. Ambitious, Creative, Funny. Friendly, Adventurous. Energetic.
My past experiences working (and studying) in this business made me very ethical regarding the customer experience. I prefer to work on a less formal customer experience basis as I find the work experience more fun but I also am completely capable of working in a more formal environment. As the years go by I feel that I took a deep dive into the restaurant/ bar/hotel business. From a waiter to a cook in France, to a business student, to a bartender. In the future, I intend to start an entrepreneurial route in this industry by opening my first bar and from then on let everything unfold.
