Friendly and highly motivated guy from Italy, soon I will finish my work experience in Greece and I am looking to start with something new.
I have experience of 6 months as barista , I used to work in Italian coffee shop in Dublin, got knowledge on the basic coffees but no in LattArt. I have also 2 years in wholesale and merchindising (Dublin) with biggest cosmetic companies, and in the last 4 months of this experience I worked as team manager. What I learned from my experience is how to talk to customers, how to make a "no" into "yes" and also to have always a targets and achieve them. Last summer I gained 6 months experience as a bartender. I worked in a busy cocktail bar located in Laganas rd in Zakyntos (Greece). I learned how to work organized and fast in busy environments and also implemented my knowledge about cocktails and various techniques. Currently I am in Australia and I am working in Melbourne at Transit Rooftop Bar as bartender.
