With my short amount of time behind the bar, I find the experience never has a dull moment. The excitement of learning something knew about people and their specific interests with unique palettes. The personality that arise in the work environments will forever intrigue me. In my gap year while working aboard in Amsterdam, I learnt the pace of the life style within this industry has a constant push in ones abilities. Having mostly worked on the floor as a waitress, now searching to use my creativity through mixology of unique tastes.
