Hello, I'm Elliot.

Friendly, enthusiastic bartender from Ireland. I am passionate about the hospitality industry with a particular love for developing, creating and serving up quality cocktails to my customers.

With more than three years experience in a busy pub and cocktail bar in Ireland, I am keen to expand my horizons and bring my enthusiasm and expertise to Australian shores. I am passionate about the hospitality industry with a particular love for developing, creating and serving up quality cocktails to my customers. Although only three years in this industry, I have experience of a broad range of tasks required to do an excellent job, everything from a bar back role right up to supervising daily operations, including managing inventory, staff rosters, managing cash and drawing up daily reports. I have taken every opportunity to expand my knowledge of this industry, including travelling to Sydney from Ireland in 2023 to complete the International Bartender Course at the European Bartender school. This trip gave me an appetite to travel and broaden my experience in this country and I look forward to saying G’day and serving up quality drinks and cocktails to your customers.
