I worked in a classic bar for 2 months (serving beer mostly) then I worked during 8 months in a three stars hotel. Serving drinks at the bar, serving meals, taking care of the restaurant or the bar, taking care of big groups (like 80-150 persons). Openning or closing, taking care of the "money", advising the guest, work in a group, giving "order" or receiving ordre and apply them.
