Hello, I'm Mehlika.

I am a curious, open for learning, enjoying from experience, friendly, quick handed person. Being a bartender is much more than creating cocktails or serving alcohol to clients. In the way i think i am, bartending is perfect for me.

I have worked for two different companies. One of them is more like working as a party bartender. In this job i learned how to be quick, patient with drunk clients, making a bar station ready from the bottom to top with everything, creating a network. For the other company, it was my first bar and i learned, saw how to be a family. My manager is really good at cooking and creating new drinks or foods. Thanks to him i got more curious about my job and also mixology then i also got education about mixology from EBS. At that bar, the staff wasn't that permanent so i had to know new people in a short time, as a result of this i am trying to be more nice to everyone and professional about emotions.
