Hello, I'm Jennifer.

Friendly, ambitious, helpful team member with quick perception of new information. I love to travel and to learn more about spirits and techniques from bartenders all over the world. Passionate about mixology, creating my own drinks.

My first contact with gastronomy was a restaurant chain named Cafe del Sol. I worked there for two and a half years as a shift leader and gained a lot experience and skills I will never forget, such as how to write a shift plan, to lead a team, to use billing systems. Currently I am working at 20up Skyline Bar at the Empire Riverside Hotel Hamburg, with a stunning view above Hamburg Harbour and City. I learned a lot about bartending and creating own cocktails. I am also thankful to experience the high amount of work we have, so you have to learn to stay calm in every situation and keep your head clear and not to stress no matter what. I love order and cleanliness in my workplace, so the guests feel comfortable and happy to sit and drink in front of you. Structure is important for a fast, clean and organized work. Next to my native language German I also fluently speak English and Russian, and my current level in Spanish is B1-B2. To improve my Spanish skills I am also taking Spanish lessons.
