Hello, I'm Floor.
Passionate, focused and a hard working bartender with a love for travelling. That’s how I would like to introduce myself as, hopefully, your new bartender.
After starting my hospitality adventure as a dishwasher when I was 16 years old, I quickly got the opportunity to work as a food and beverage runner in a busy restaurant. Only when I gained experience and the trust of my manager, I got the chance to prove myself even further as head server. Only then I decided to follow an education in hospitality management to be able to climb even more since I’m a very motivated person. In my internships I ended up in a small hotel where I had a lot of responsibility’s and the chance to manage my a team for 2 years. But my love for the vibrant life behind the bar and travel took over, and I decided to go to EBS Cape Town to get some more bartending skills so I can WOW my guests.
