A former business school student passionated into spirits. Who want to share his passion with the customers by giving them the best experience they could get.
During my last year of business and having knowledge in the luxury market, I had to choose which industry I would go to. My two passions were spirits and food, at the end I chose to keep the food as a habit and to dedicate my life to spirits. I worked in the production side, and it was just amazing to work on the research&development and from a raw material or a neutral alcohol to make outstanding spirits. During my sales meeting in bars or restaurant, I had a revelation. I found it so much funnier and interesting to select all the beautiful products around the world and serving or mixing them to the final customer. Today I’ve got solid notions of spirits and recently graduated at 92% the EBS bartending school of New York. And my dream goal is to add my knowledge in the spirits to cocktails in order to offer the best for your customers.
