
Hello, I'm Henri.
I've been a hard worker all my life, worked in different types of hotels, restaurants, pubs, cocktail & wine bars, I've seen it all! My highlight was working for Strawberry (Previously known as Nordic Choice Hotels) running a rooftop bar.
I started as a warehouseworker (frozen goods) and then studied to be a chef, which has helped me a lot in creating cocktails later. I soon realized that I prefer serving my guests directly, getting great feedback on the spot is rewarding. Customer service is my strong suit and it comes without effort! After EBS I've been focusing on wine, adding sommelier as my job title on top of a mixologist. I have a job at the only Casino in Finland, that's one of the rare places that has an international feel where my skills are put to use. Sadly their bar& restaurant business is being sold and I've been looking elsewhere to showcase my knowledge in the industry.
