I study from EBS (European Bartender School) in 2023, when I finished the course I worked for 8 months in Milan at “Chiosco Mentana” in Milan center, where i learned a lot about the work of bartender with new cocktail and new spirits. Now I’m studying Oenology at University of Milano (first year).
