I worked for 6 months in a beach bar in Cagliari in Sardinia, initially as a barbeck and then as a bartender, both in a cafeteria and in an American bar. At night on weekends I had to deal with a lot of work always managed in the best way. I pay attention to the little things and always make the customers smile.After this experience I attended the EBS in Milan where I perfected the technique, I learned how to make classic cocktails and speed work in a clean and efficient way.
