Hello, I'm Davide.

My goal is to grow in this industry by looking for experiences that allow me to develop my skills as a bartender every day and help me to be a better person. The current dream would be to travel the world with the help of this profession.

It all started 2 years ago, when I decided to change my life. Taken by the enthusiasm of travel I decided to dive into this journey called life to discover how fantastic the world and how many opportunities are available to us. This change led me to move to Spain where I then decided to start a professional career in the world of bartending. In these years my work experience has not been absolutely useless because every situation has led me to develop certain skills. My past employees range from waiter, to supermarket cashier, real estate agent, warehouseman and sales clerk for large distributions, backoffice clerk. All these experiences have led me to acquire different abilities, which I try to use in the current work. As you can deduce I consider myself a very adaptable person. A person who is not afraid of new challenges even if the knowledge is minimal or lacking. I consider myself a sunny, honest and friendly person. Able to establish relationships of trust with colleagues and customers. I try to see the positive side in everything and I don’t let the difficulties discourage me. I am currently doing a master’s degree on homemade preparations. It is a 6-month course where you learn basic and advanced techniques for creating syrups, sodas, shrubs, foams, clarifications, smoking, extraction methods. The course is prepared by the school for barmen Drink Factory (Bologna - Italy).
