After transitioning from my role as a purchaser, I embarked on an exciting journey to open a bar in France. Over the course of two immersive years, this experience proved to be a crucible of learning, where I delved into the intricacies of mixology and the art of bartending. My time at EBS Paris provided me with a solid foundation, equipping me with essential skills and knowledge. In this venture, I not only served as a bartender but also assumed the responsibilities of a manager. From the meticulous management of stocks and relationships with suppliers to the frontline operations and customer interactions, I embraced every aspect of running a bar. This multifaceted role honed my adaptability and problem-solving abilities, as I navigated the challenges and joys of the hospitality industry. Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a passion for innovation, I sought new horizons in my career. Transitioning to the role of a bar manager at a high-paced establishment, I discovered a profound affinity for the creative aspects of mixology. It was here that I realized the true essence of my calling – the exhilarating process of conceptualizing and crafting unique flavor experiences. This realization fueled my determination to continuously challenge myself, pushing the boundaries of conventional cocktail-making and striving for excellence in every pour. Through these experiences, I have cultivated a deep appreciation for the artistry and craftsmanship inherent in bartending.
